Field Service Engineer Benelux and Scandinavia

Responsibilities

  • Install analyzers and analytical systems at customer laboratories
  • Train customers in the operation and maintenance of analyzers
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance visits
  • Respond to service calls and carry out repairs
  • Diagnose malfunctions and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare clear service and maintenance reports


Requirements

  • Completed MBO or HBO degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics) or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar field service role is an advantage; technical laboratory professionals seeking a field-based position are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region, including regular overnight stays
  • Willingness to attend a six-week initial training program at Skalar’s headquarters in Breda, the Netherlands
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (B)
