Due to continued growth, Skalar Analytical is currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for Benelux and Scandinavia
Job Responsibilities
- Installation of analyzer product groups at customer laboratories
- Training customers in analyzer operation and maintenance
- Performing routine preventive maintenance visits
- Responding to emergency service calls and carrying out repairs
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions
- Providing comprehensive written service reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in a similar field-based service role is preferred; however, laboratory scientists seeking a field-based position will also be considered
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, including regular overnight stays
- Willingness to attend a mandatory six-week initial training program at the Skalar head office in Breda, The Netherlands
- A valid driving license is essential
