Environmental Segment Field Marketing – EMEA
Location: Breda, the Netherlands | International EMEA scope
Are you a structured and creative marketer who enjoys taking ownership, working internationally and turning ideas into action?
We are looking for an Environmental Segment Field Marketing professional for EMEA to join our growing Environmental Marketing team.
In this role, you will help drive growth across EMEA through events, distributor and channel marketing, co-marketing programmes and local campaign activation. You will connect our Environmental marketing priorities with the needs of local markets, Sales teams and distribution partners, ensuring that our activities generate meaningful customer engagement, qualified leads and commercial opportunities.
You will take ownership of the EMEA event portfolio, from identifying the right trade shows, conferences and customer events to planning, execution, promotion and follow-up. At the same time, you will build strong marketing relationships with key distributors and develop co-marketing initiatives that extend the reach of our campaigns across EMEA.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders, while also looking for new ways to improve how we engage customers and partners.
We value an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas, take initiative and help shape how we approach field and channel marketing across the Environmental segment.
What makes this role interesting?
You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Sales and Product Management as well as with distributors throughout EMEA.
You will join a dynamic team in an innovative, high-tech environment where marketing plays an important role in supporting growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the EMEA Environmental event plan
- Managing trade shows, conferences, seminars and customer events
- Developing marketing relationships with key distributors
- Creating and coordinating co-marketing and MDF activities
- Supporting event lead generation, follow-up and pipeline development
- Creating and maintaining event- and distributor-related website content
- Measuring performance and continuously improving the event and channel mix
Who are we looking for?
You are proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility. You enjoy working with different cultures and stakeholders and can move easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You bring creativity, flexibility and structure to your work and are not afraid to challenge existing approaches or propose new ones.
Experience in B2B events, field marketing, channel marketing or distributor marketing is important. Strong written and verbal English, and experience using CRM/marketing automation and CMS platforms is essential. Experience in a technical, scientific or industrial environment is an advantage.
Above all, we are looking for someone who identifies with the values that shape the way we work:
Aspire for the bigger horizon – look beyond today and keep searching for opportunities to grow and improve.
Quiet confidence – bring deep expertise grounded in humility.
Together as a team – collaborate across functions, regions and cultures to achieve better results.
Integrity, respect and trust – respect each other, strive to understand each other, and build trust through your actions.
If this sounds like the environment in which you thrive, we would be pleased to hear from you.
